Great location Positive: The location is perfect Negative: Staff they were not flexible and try to charge you for anything

What could have been a lovely stay ended up being marred by terrible communication and attitude of the host. Positive: Great location on The Palm and the rooftop is a brilliant spot Negative: The property was listed as one bedroom, two beds and so I booked it on that basis for myself and colleague. When we arrived the second bed was as expected a sofa bed which wasn’t a problem. However, the host flatly refused to supply bedding for the sofa bed because I hadn’t stated that we were wanting more than one bed regardless of them clearly stating it had two beds. The host reluctantly dropped off the bedding (unmade) after 4 nights after I made a formal complaint to Booking.com on Day One. This obviously took up and consumed valuable time within my stay. The attitude of the host was rude, unhelpful and dismissive which as a Tier 3 Booking.com member have never experienced before.

Великолепно Positive: Очень хорошее расположение. Близко парк для прогулки. Торговый центр. Монорельсовое метро. Близко пляж. Бассейн на верху- безумно красивый вид. Сотрудник который встречал очень приятный, подробно всё объяснила. Фото полностью соответствует реальности
